The Guide instructs what is the real nature of the sustainable cities and communities of tomorrow, how they could be developed and how to reach human wise intelligent urbanization.

It forecasts the New Urban Revolution in terms of sustainable, smart and social community development and socio-technological transformation of human settlements across the world.

The future communities and cities are to bring transformative changes in city life, wealth, performance and competitiveness, innovation and creativity, science and technology, education, art and medicine, industry and commerce, transportation and mobility, social communications and public administration, democracy, justice and equality, urban environment and resource management.

The Sustainable Smart City and Community Global Initiatives was launched to transform the crowded metropolises and polluted global cities as: Smart Eco London™; Smart Eco Paris™; Smart Eco Rome™;  Smart Eco Geneva™;  Smart Eco Moscow™; Smart Eco New York™; Smart Eco Dubai™; Smart Eco Tokyo™; Smart Eco Shanghai™; Smart Eco Taipei™; Smart Eco Singapore™; Smart Eco Hong Kong™; Smart Eco Shenzhen™, etc.

Most global cities, started as industrial cities and factory towns, are now sprawling, crowded and polluted metropolises, while being the places where big parts of the world’s population spend their lives.

So, all of them are standing in need of  Smart Green City Strategy, sustainable urban-planning and renewal, to improve the entire urban environment.

The Smart Eco City and Community X.0 Concept had been showcased by the European Commission as a European Smart City Prototype for cities and communities, launching the European Innovation Partnership for Smart Cities and Communities to implement the holistic approach to achieve social, economic and environmental sustainability of communities and cities.
