The whole World is modelled as consisting of 4 major parts, the universe of Nature (World I), the domain of Mind (World II), the domain of Society and Human Culture (World III), and the realm of Technology and Engineering and Industry (World IV), which are interconnected via the fundamental entities, principles, rules and laws.

Science and technology, the arts and philosophy, all the world knowledge is sought to be unified as an integrated network (web) of intellectual learning, scientific knowledge, and engineering sciences.

A union of human knowledge defined as the “wisdom science” (or scientific wisdom) is affording a single representation and reasoning framework for Big World Knowledge, from the Internet of Everything to Theory of Everything, from Emerging Technologies to Intelligent Cities and Connected Smart World.
